Jaw Pain

TMJ disorders occur when something goes
wrong with your jaw joints and jaw muscles.
Often, this happens because of a jaw injury,
inflammation such arthritis, or overuse.

Symptoms can include:
– pain while eating
– clicking, popping or grating sounds in the jaw
– headaches
– pain in ear, face, neck

TMJ exercises can help relieve pain by strengthening
