Catherine Paolucci

I qualified from the University of East Anglia in 2005 and got my first job as the academy physio for Milton Keynes dons football club.

From then I started working in the NHS and later combining this with working in a number of private practices , where I have gained years of experience assessing and treating muscleoskeletal conditions.

I focus a lot on manual therapy and exercises as my approach but have also undertaken a wide range of post-graduate courses, including acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation and Pilates which I can personalise to each patient needs.

I focus on manual therapy and exercises as my approach. However, in addition I have also undertaken a wide range of post-graduate courses, including acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation and Pilates which I can personalise to the needs of each patient.

I enjoy the variation of the job and the challenge that everyone has their
own particular problem, no one is the same. I feel strongly in listening and understanding what each of my patients require and strive to do my best to find the right solution with the experience I have gained to help with their rehabilitation.

Out of work family and friends play an important part of my life, no more so than my 2 young boys who keep me very busy! I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy getting out for walks, pilates and swimming.
